Introduction

ONLYHUGS HOLDING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates OnlyHugs.me (the “Service” or “Platform”), an online dating and social-interaction platform intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older.

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The safety of children is non-negotiable. This Child Safety Standards Policy (“Policy”) sets out, in a single publicly accessible document, the standards we apply to prevent, detect, remove, and report child sexual abuse and exploitation on OnlyHugs.me.

This Policy supplements — and should be read together with — our Terms of Use, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy. Where any conflict exists on matters of child safety, this Policy controls.

This Policy applies to all Users of OnlyHugs.me worldwide, except residents of the Russian Federation or Users who register with a Russian IP address or who select the Russian Federation as their country of registration; those Users are governed by the separate documents of ООО «Онлихагс Холдинг».

1. Our Commitment

1.1. We are committed to keeping OnlyHugs.me free of CSAE and CSAM and to working in good faith with platforms, regulators, and child-protection organizations to combat the online sexual exploitation of children.

1.2. Our standards are informed by applicable U.S. federal and state child-protection law and by recognized industry best practices, including the Tech Coalition's guidance for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

1.3. This Policy is a living document. We review it regularly and update it as our practices, the law, and platform requirements evolve.

2. Definitions

2.1. Child / Minor. Any person under the age of eighteen (18), or any person who is a minor under the law of their jurisdiction, whichever provides greater protection.

2.2. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation: grooming a child for sexual exploitation; sextortion of a child; trafficking of a child for sex; soliciting or attempting to contact a minor for sexual purposes; and any other conduct that sexually exploits a child.

2.3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any visual depiction — including photographs, videos, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery — involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and any other material that constitutes child sexual abuse material under applicable law. CSAM is illegal and is strictly prohibited on the Service.

3. Age Requirement — No Minors

3.1. 18+ Only. Use of OnlyHugs.me is strictly limited to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

3.2. Zero Tolerance. Any account discovered to belong to, or to be operated by, a person under eighteen (18) will be immediately and permanently terminated. Associated data may be deleted, subject to legal retention and preservation obligations, and no refunds will be issued.

3.3. Age Verification. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to require any User to verify their age and identity through government-issued photo identification, biometric liveness checks (such as a selfie or short video), phone verification, or other reasonable means. Failure to complete verification on request may result in suspension or termination.

3.4. Reporting an Underage Account. Parents, guardians, or any person who believes a minor has created or is using an account should contact us immediately at hello@onlyhugs.me so we can investigate and remove the account.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Content (CSAE)

The following are strictly prohibited on OnlyHugs.me and will result in immediate enforcement action, including permanent termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities:

5. In-App Reporting Mechanism

5.1. How to Report. Every User can report concerns about child safety without leaving the app:

• In-app “Report” button — available on every user profile and within message threads. Select “Report,” then choose the child-safety / CSAE category.
• In-app support / contact channel — accessible from the app's Settings or Help section.
• Email — reports may also be sent at any time to hello@onlyhugs.me.

5.2. What to Report. Please report any account, message, photo, or behavior that you believe involves a minor, CSAE, grooming, sextortion, or CSAM.

5.3. Priority Handling. Reports relating to child safety are treated as the highest priority and are escalated for urgent review.

5.4. Confidentiality. To the extent permitted by law, we keep the identity of reporters confidential. You do not need to identify yourself to make a report, and you will not be penalized for making a good-faith report.

6. How We Address CSAM and CSAE

6.1. Detection. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect prohibited content and behavior. Automated systems include AI-based image recognition to identify nudity, CSAM, and fake or AI-generated imagery, and language-detection tools to identify grooming, harassment, and exploitation.

6.2. Action on Actual Knowledge. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on the Service, we act promptly and in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, including by removing the content, terminating the responsible account(s), and preserving and reporting the material as required.

6.3. Account Enforcement. Accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM are permanently banned. To help prevent re-registration, we may retain limited identifiers (such as hashed email, device ID, and phone hash) as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.4. Preservation. Where we identify CSAM or related conduct, we may preserve relevant data as required by law to support reporting and law-enforcement investigations.

7. Reporting to Authorities

7.1. NCMEC. Where CSAM or suspected child exploitation is identified, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

7.2. Legal Basis. We comply with the reporting obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable federal and state child-protection laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7.3. Law Enforcement Cooperation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and with valid legal process in the investigation and prosecution of crimes against children.

We maintain a designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including notifications from platforms (such as Google Play) regarding potential CSAE content on the Service. This contact is positioned to speak to our enforcement and review procedures and to take action where required.

10. Compliance with Platform Requirements

10.1. This Policy is published as a publicly accessible web resource and is referenced from our app and store listing. We self-certify our compliance with applicable app-store child-safety standards, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

10.2. We maintain (a) published standards prohibiting CSAE; (b) an in-app mechanism for user reports; (c) processes to address CSAM upon actual knowledge; (d) compliance with applicable child-safety laws, including NCMEC reporting; and (e) a designated child-safety point of contact.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notice, or prominent posting on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
