2.3. Spam and Commercial Activity

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Advertising, promoting, or selling products or services.
• Recruiting users for external businesses, organizations, political campaigns, or religious groups.

• Posting or distributing chain letters, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing content.

2.4. Technical Abuse

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

• Temporarily or permanently suspending or terminating accounts.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
• Pursuing legal remedies.

Decisions regarding enforcement are made at the sole discretion of OnlyHugs and are final.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at hello@onlyhugs.me. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

OnlyHugs reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
