This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunding payments made by users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) to ONLYHUGS HOLDING LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for services purchased on the Site OnlyHugs.me.

By placing an order and making payment for the Site's services, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Policy.

If the Company is unable to fulfill its obligations to the User in whole or in part, the Company will issue a full refund or a refund proportional to the cost of the services not provided.

Payment for the Site's services is non-refundable after the User has been granted access to those services, except as provided in Section 5 of this Policy.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

• Erroneous payment
• Duplicate payment
• Overpayment beyond the required amount

5.1

In the case of erroneous, duplicate, or unauthorized payment, the User must notify the Site Administration within 24 hours by sending an email to hello@onlyhugs.me.

5.2

The email must:

• Include the subject line “Refund Request”
• Include a copy of the payment receipt

The Company will review refund requests within 15 (fifteen) business days.

Access to services is provided to the User after confirmation of payment by the Company.

• Premium — $19.99
• VIP — $39.99
• Top Profile — $1.99
• Top Story — $1.99
• Hourly Premium — $2.99
• Super Like — $4.99

Refunds are processed using the same payment method by which the original payment was made. Refund timelines depend on the payment system. Any fees charged by the payment system will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Company guarantees that each refund request will be reviewed as promptly as possible.
