The Administration of OnlyHugs.me (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) accepts any photographs depicting you, with the exception of images that violate the Site's rules.

All uploaded photographs undergo mandatory moderation. The moderation process takes an average of up to 60 minutes.

Please upload at least one photograph to your profile in which your face is clearly visible. Users may upload up to 6 photographs.

Profiles without photos will not be displayed on the Site.

The Administration may flag your photograph as explicit if it depicts nudity or partial nudity. In such cases, the photograph will not be uploaded to the Site.

The moderation criteria provided in these guidelines are not exhaustive. Decisions in borderline cases are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Site's internal quality standards.

Reasons for Photo Rejection

The Administration will reject photographs for the following reasons:

• Photographs with no meaningful content: black backgrounds, photos of objects, pocket photos, etc.
• Photographs containing generally recognized obscene gestures.
• Low-quality, blurred, or out-of-focus photographs.
• Photographs heavily edited with filters, graphic editors, collage programs, or other image editing tools; photographs generated by AI; and photos with applied masks.
• Other people's photographs. Photos will be rejected if there is a suspicion that the person depicted is someone other than the User. If the Administration has made an error, you may contact Customer Support and provide proof that the photos belong to you.
• Photographs with inappropriate text. Photos containing profanity, addresses or logos of other websites, any contact information including email addresses, links to social media pages, or other text deemed inappropriate or provocative by the Administration will be rejected.
• Photographs that duplicate previously uploaded images.
• Any intimate photographs containing genitalia (including those clearly visible under clothing), their fragments, or sexual acts.
• Photographs of nude or semi-nude individuals in provocative or vulgar poses (e.g., in a bath, shower, etc.). Exception: beach photos and gym photos.
• Photographs, drawings, or screenshots (from movies, cartoons, video games) depicting sexual acts, violence, the presence of obscene sexual items, weapons, or offensive symbols; screenshots from other platforms or phones.
• Photographs containing obscene or physiologically unpleasant scenes: bodily functions, self-harm, etc.
• Photographs demonstrating aggression, violence, or cruelty towards people or animals.
• Photographs (images, screenshots) that violate applicable law, contain prohibited materials, or may offend national, religious, or other social group identities.
• Group photos and images with children or that in any way violate the rights of minors.
• Any other images that the Administration deems vulgar, obscene, repulsive, or inconsistent with the purpose and quality standards of our service.
• Photos of a torso without a face, only part of the face, or taken from behind.
