Welcome to OnlyHugs! Our mission is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment where people can make genuine connections. These Community Guidelines apply to all users and all content shared on the platform, including profiles, photos, messages, stories, and any other interactions.

By using OnlyHugs, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at the sole discretion of the Administration.

1. Respect and Kindness

OnlyHugs is built on mutual respect. Every interaction should be conducted with courtesy and consideration for others.

• Treat every user the way you would like to be treated.
• Engage in conversations with an open mind and genuine intention.
• Respect differences in background, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and personal beliefs.
• Accept rejection gracefully. If someone is not interested, respect their decision and do not persist.

2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sending threatening, intimidating, or abusive messages.
• Stalking, following, or repeatedly contacting a user who has expressed disinterest or blocked you.
• Bullying, mocking, or deliberately humiliating other users.
• Doxxing — sharing or threatening to share another person's private information without their consent.
• Sexual harassment, including sending unsolicited explicit messages or images.
• Blackmail or coercion of any kind.

3. Authenticity and Honesty

OnlyHugs is a platform for real people seeking real connections.

• Use only your own, recent photographs. Do not use AI-generated images, celebrity photos, or photos of other people.
• Provide accurate information in your profile. Misrepresenting your age, identity, or intentions is prohibited.
• Do not create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts.
• Do not impersonate any person, including OnlyHugs staff, moderators, or other users.

4. Safety First

Your safety is our top priority. Help us keep the community safe by following these principles:

• Never share personal financial information (bank accounts, credit card numbers, PINs) with other users.
• Never send money or financial gifts to anyone you have met on the platform.
• Report any user who asks you for money, attempts scams, or makes you feel unsafe.
• When meeting someone in person for the first time, always choose a public place, inform a trusted friend or family member, and arrange your own transportation.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on OnlyHugs:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Content promoting illegal activities, including drug use, trafficking, or solicitation.
• Graphic or disturbing imagery, including depictions of blood, gore, or animal cruelty.
• Spam, advertisements, promotions, or solicitations for commercial products or services.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Political propaganda, extremist content, or terrorist-related material.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OnlyHugs:

• Solicitation or prostitution — offering or requesting sexual services in exchange for money or other compensation.
• Scamming — any attempt to defraud other users, including romance scams, phishing, catfishing, or financial fraud.
• Recruiting — using the platform to recruit users for external businesses, organizations, cults, or schemes.
• Underage use — creating or operating an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Automated access — using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Account trading — selling, buying, or transferring accounts.
• Circumventing bans — creating a new account after having been banned from the platform.

7. Interactions with Minors

OnlyHugs has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety of minors.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use OnlyHugs.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way will result in immediate and permanent account termination and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• If you suspect that a minor is using the platform, please report the account immediately.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at hello@onlyhugs.me. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and treated confidentially.

We encourage users to block and report anyone who makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe. You will not be penalized for making good-faith reports.

9. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• A formal warning.
• Temporary suspension of account access.
• Permanent account termination without refund.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law or where safety is at risk.

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. The Administration reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

OnlyHugs may update these Community Guidelines at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Site or app. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
