IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms that apply when you buy any paid feature, subscription, or consumable item (“Paid Services”) on OnlyHugs.me, operated by ONLYHUGS HOLDING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, together with our Terms of Use, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
The price, title, length, and renewal terms that apply to your specific purchase are shown to you on the purchase screen at the moment of purchase, before you confirm payment. The amounts displayed at that point are the amounts that apply to your purchase.
This Agreement applies to all Users except residents of the Russian Federation, Users who register with a Russian IP address, or Users who select the Russian Federation as their country of registration; those Users are governed by the separate documents of ООО «Онлихагс Холдинг».
1. Eligibility
1.1
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
1.2
You must use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.
2. Paid Services — What You Get
OnlyHugs.me currently offers the following Paid Services. The Service does not offer coins, in-app currency, or virtual gifts. Features, durations, and prices are displayed within the Service at the time of purchase and may change.
2.1. Recurring (Auto-Renewing) Subscriptions

The title, exact length of the billing period, and price (and price per unit, where applicable) for each subscription are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Premium and VIP auto-renew — see Section 4.
2.2. One-Time (Non-Renewing) Purchases

These are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
2.3
Consumable / Licensed Features. SuperLikes and similar consumable features are licensed, not owned by you. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, sold, or cashed out, do not carry over to any other account, and are forfeited upon account termination.
3. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes
3.1
Price Shown at Purchase. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed on the purchase screen at the moment you buy, in U.S. Dollars or your local currency.
3.2
Country- and Platform-Based Pricing. Prices may differ between Users, countries, and platforms (web / iOS / Android) based on country of registration, applicable local taxes, promotions, and currency exchange rates.
3.3
Authorization to Charge. When you purchase a Paid Service, you authorize the Company and its payment processors (or the relevant app store) to charge the displayed amount, plus any applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.
3.4
Taxes. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
3.5
Payment Processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers or, for in-app purchases, by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never store full card numbers; card data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors.
4. Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions (Premium and VIP)
4.1
Automatic Renewal. Premium and VIP subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for the applicable plan and country, unless you cancel.
4.2
When You Are Charged. Your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase and then at the start of each renewal period.
4.3
How to Avoid the Next Charge. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
5. How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription
5.1
In-App / Account Settings. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
5.2
Apple App Store Purchases. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation through the App Store is governed by Apple's terms.
5.3
Google Play Purchases. If you subscribed through Google Play, manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
5.4
Effect of Cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current paid period; you may continue using the subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Refund Policy
6.1
General Rule. Because Paid Services consist of digital content, time-limited features, and consumable items that are delivered and activated immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6.2
Immediate Delivery / Withdrawal Waiver. By purchasing and immediately accessing a Paid Service, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under applicable consumer laws, this may extinguish any statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
6.3
When a Refund May Be Issued (Company-Processed Purchases):

Claims Process. To request a refund for a Company-processed purchase, email hello@onlyhugs.me within fourteen (14) days of the disputed charge, including your account email, transaction date, amount, the last four digits of the payment method, and a detailed explanation. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days.
6.5
App-Store Purchases. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by that platform's refund policy and must be requested directly from the platform. For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
6.6
No Partial Refunds. Partial-period refunds for subscriptions are not provided.
6.7
Termination for Violation. If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Use, User Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Child Safety Standards Policy, no refund will be issued for any unused Paid Services.
6.8
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant payment network and permanently banned.
7. Changes to Pricing and Paid Services
7.1
We may add, modify, rename, bundle, suspend, or discontinue Paid Services at any time. Where a price change affects a recurring subscription, the new rate applies at the next renewal, and renewal is subject to your right to cancel before it takes effect.
